	Technical Risk Underwriters (TRU) is a specialty underwriter of insurance products for complex property and construction risks. TRU engineers and construction experts leverage cutting edge underwriting technology and unique data sources to provide responsive solutions to complex coverage requests. Our brokers rely on TRU to provide market-leading service and expertise for aligning policy-coverage and customized loss-control programs with each clients' unique exposures. Our capabilities for risks in the Course of Construction include DIC's and Deductible Buy-Downs, All-Risk Primaries, and Quota Share participation and our appetite extends to projects of all sizes and scope. This program is backed by A.M. Best currently rated "A" (Excellent) insurers with capacity for policies up to a 60-month term. Coverage capabilities include: named windstorm, earth movement (including sprinkler leakage), flood in conjunction with Named Windstorm or Earth Movement, and a broad form including soft costs and extra expense. The broad coverage form can include soft cost and extra expense and is available for projects of every size and scope. We are rapidly developing additional programs to serve our diverse client base.
